Brokerage and Advisory
If the Foreign Client of a Non-Digital referral opens and funds the Brokerage Account, Solicitor will be paid a fee (“Finder Fee”) of the Net Revenues generated and paid by the Foreign Client to the Company. The Finder Fee shall reflect the net of Costs (defined below) incurred by the Company in respect of such Foreign Client, including, without limitation, amounts payable to third parties, taxation and others, calculated at the last day of each relevant month.
